Visiting the site
The site is hosted in Germany. The server logs requests with your IP address for a short time to keep the site running and secure. We count visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Your chat and your PRD
What you write and attach is stored under a private link so you can come back to it; anyone with that link can open it. It is deleted after 180 days without use, or sooner if you ask. To answer you, it is sent to AI providers, some of them in the USA; free models may keep what they receive (Art. 6 (1) (b) and Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR). Please put no names, contact details or other private information into the chat.
If you add your PRD to the gallery, it and what you enter there are public until you take it out. Feedback you send is kept until we delete it.
Registering with your email
If you register with your email address, we store it and email you a link that works once, through our mail provider in Germany. Your PRDs are saved under that address, so we can tell who made them. We keep it until you ask us to delete it (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Cookies
Your personal access link sets a cookie that names your registration, so this browser keeps access for a year. If you choose light or dark mode, a cookie remembers it (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a limit on its use, a copy to take elsewhere, and you can object to its use (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also complain to the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
