Terms
Terms of use
The rules for using Heidelberg AI PRD. Last changed 3 November 2026.
What it is
Heidelberg AI PRD is a free teaching tool from 32dots GmbH (see the imprint). It helps students and staff of universities learn to plan an app before a coding agent builds it.
Who may use it
Students and staff of universities who registered with their own university email. Your access link is personal: do not share it or let others use your access.
What you may use it for
Learning, coursework, theses and your own projects. Not for work you do for a company or a client, paid or unpaid. Commercial use needs a licence; ask at urban@32dots.de.
What you put in
Put in only what you may share: no personal data of other people, no confidential information of a company or anyone else. You are responsible for what you enter and upload.
What you get
The PRD and files the tool makes for you are yours to use. They are written by AI and can be wrong or incomplete, so check them before you build on them.
The gallery
If you add your PRD to the gallery, it is public until you take it out. Add only what is yours to share. We may remove entries.
Our part
The tool is free and comes without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We may change, limit or end it, and end access that breaks these terms. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for harm to life, body or health; otherwise only as far as the law requires.
Everything else
German law applies. How we handle your data is in the privacy notice. Questions: urban@32dots.de.
